HALLOWEEN!

Last weekend, we celebrated Halloween. In the school we put on our costumes and we did some songs and dances. We played a little bit and we decorated the school... Talking about decoration, here you can find some ideas for the next Halloween:

-You can make some paper ghosts making a paper ball. Then, you should put paper around it; you also need a thread to make the head, and then draw the face, as you can see here:

-You can make scary paper dolls: first fold a piece of paper many times. Then, draw the design of a scary thing and cut it. Make sure you leave a part of the drawing joined to the edge that is folded. Finally, colour it and... finished!

Here you have some examples of them all.

Sometimes, we do for Halloween a Jack' O' Lantern. What you have to do first is opening a pumpkin on the top, like in photo 1. Then, take the inside out (see photo 2). Next, draw the face with a pen or a pencil. When you have made the design with a pen, cut it with the help of an adult. You can put to your
Jack'O' Lantern horns. Now, put the lantern in!

Where did you spend  your Halloween night? We slept in our uncle and aunty's house, Fernando and Mª José, with our cousins in the sleeping bags. We had pizza for dinner. Our uncle told us they had tried to scare us at 2:00 in the morning, but we were completely asleep!
